§ 71.03 STANDING OR PARKING ON ROADWAY FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park a vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street.
