(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or allow to remain parked, on any of the streets or parts of streets within the borough any prohibited vehicle as defined in division (B) below.
(B) As used in this section, a PROHIBITED VEHICLE shall mean any truck, truck tractor, trailer, semitrailer, bus, full trailer, motor home, recreational trailer, house trailer, implement of husbandry, or combination as those terms are further defined in the state’s Vehicle Code. As used in this section, a prohibited vehicle shall not include a pick-up truck or any emergency vehicle.
(C) This section shall not prohibit the momentary parking of a prohibited vehicle for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading property; provided, that such parking is done in a manner and location where nonprohibited vehicles would otherwise be permitted to park.
