(A) After ten days’ written notice, or after notice has been posted upon the premises for said period, it shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or permit to be discharged into the sewer system any pollutant or wastewater which will interfere with the operation or performance of the POTW.
(B) The pollutant and wastewater discharge parameters are contained in the rules and regulations as adopted by the Municipal Authority of the borough and the laws or rules and regulations as enacted or promulgated by the state and the United States of America.
