Upon notice from the borough or Authority to persons maintaining or using privies, cesspools, septic tanks, or similar receptacles in violation of this subchapter, such persons shall immediately cease such maintenance and use, and each ten-day period such privies, cesspools, septic tanks, or similar receptacle so maintained and/or used after receipt of such notice shall be deemed a separate offense of this subchapter.
