No person shall erect, construct or install a swimming pool in the town on public or private property without first obtaining a permit therefor from the town clerk and paying the applicable permit fee, which is set by the town board of trustees by motion or resolution. The application for permit shall be made on forms provided by the town and shall be considered by the town board of trustees. (1998 Code)
