That a certain document is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Beaver, Oklahoma, being marked and designated as the International Existing Building Code, 2018 Edition, its appendices and annual amendments thereof, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Building Code for the Town of Beaver, State of Oklahoma, for regulating and governing the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition and relocation of existing buildings, as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Code on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Beaver, Oklahoma, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes:
All references to jurisdiction shall be amended to mean the Town of Beaver. Oklahoma.
All amendments made by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission to this Code are hereby incorporated by reference as herein set out. (Ord. 2022-05, 9-12-2022)
