15-232: PROXIMITY TO CURB, PARALLEL PARKING:

Every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway shall be so stopped or parked in the direction of lawful traffic movement with the curb side wheels of the vehicle parallel to and within eighteen inches (18") of the curb or roadway edge. (1998 Code)
