15-210: RECKLESS DRIVING :

It is unlawful for any person to drive recklessly in the town. Reckless driving shall include any person who drives a motor vehicle in wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property or at a heedless or dangerous rate of speed. (1998 Code)
