15-203: VEHICLE LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall drive, propel, move, or park on the streets of this town any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer unless the motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer is licensed as required by state law and the license is conspicuously displayed thereon. (1998 Code)
