15-202: DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED :

It is unlawful for any person who does not have a driver's license as required by state law for operation of a vehicle upon the state highways, to operate a motor vehicle within the town, or to operate a motor vehicle within the town in violation of any restriction applied to the driver's license. (1998 Code)
