15-201: OPERATION OF VEHICLES GENERALLY :

Every person operating a vehicle in the town shall at all times operate the vehicle in a prudent and careful manner and in compliance with the laws of the town and state, having due regard for other vehicles, rights of pedestrians, and property of others. (1998 Code)
