A. No owner shall permit any animal, including fowl, owned, harbored or kept by him, to be at large within the town. It is unlawful for any animal to be at large within the town.
B. Any animal running at large in the town may be taken up and impounded at the animal shelter. The animal control officer may, at his discretion, cite the owner of such animal to appear in municipal court to answer charges of violation of this chapter. (1998 Code)
