A. The connection of a user into the public sewer shall conform to the requirements of the town's building code and other applicable rules and regulations of the town.
B. All new sanitary sewage works shall be designated and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the state department of health regulations.
C. When a new sewer line becomes available, within one hundred feet (100'), any building or dwelling shall be connected to the sewer within sixty (60) days. (1998 Code)
