The town hereby consents and agrees to the lease of the town's water, sanitary sewerage, gas and refuse systems and facilities and all future additions thereto to the Beaver public works authority as authorized by statute, to be effective at the time and upon the terms and conditions specified in a certain "lease" prepared under the direction of the town board of trustees and filed in the office of the town clerk on this date. The mayor of the town hereby is authorized and directed, on behalf of the town, to execute and deliver the lease of the Beaver public works authority. (1998 Code)
