A. Pursuant to 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 16-302, the town hereby declares that it shall not be governed by the Oklahoma town meeting act for electing its officers and deciding initiative and referendum questions. (1998 Code)
B. All elected officers of the town of Beaver, Oklahoma, a municipal corporation, shall be elected and initiative and referendum questions shall be decided only through elections conducted by the Beaver County, Oklahoma, election board pursuant to 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 16-101 et seq.
