A. A tax or license fee, as shall be set by the town board by motion or resolution, is assessed upon each of the persons engaging in any of the occupations, trades or businesses, licensed or taxed by the town, for which such person shall first procure a license. Any person who shall engage in more than one business, trade or occupation on which any license fee is required by the town ordinances, so long as such businesses are operated under one roof and one ownership, shall pay only one license fee.
B. All businesses and occupations in the town are subject to license herein. Fees for each license are adopted by motion or resolution of the town board. (1998 Code)
