A. Enforcement of this chapter shall be the responsibility of Beaver Police Department. In addition, any peace officer or Code enforcement official may enforce this chapter.
B. Any person who knowingly violates any provision contained in this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs, fees, statutory penalties and assessments, if applicable.
C. The possession of a lighted tobacco product in violation of this chapter is a nuisance. (Ord. 2017-1, 6-8-2017, eff. 7-1-2017)
