8-421: PENALTY:

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-108 of this code. Such person may also be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation. (1998 Code)
