Pursuant to G.S. § 153A-331, no final plat of a subdivision within the jurisdiction of the county as established in § 153.05, shall be recorded by the Register of Deeds of the county until it has been approved by the Subdivision Administrator or by the County Planning Board as provided herein. To secure such approval of a final plat, the subdivider shall follow the procedures established in this subchapter.
