The regulations contained herein shall govern each and every subdivision of land within the county as provided by G.S. Ch. 153A, Art. 18, except those lands lying within the subdivision regulation jurisdiction of any municipality, unless such municipality shall have by resolution, formally requested the county to enforce these regulations within the city’s area of jurisdiction.
