The City Hall will not be rented to any individuals, groups or organizations whose function involves the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises of the City Hall. The release as provided in § 6-4-6 of this chapter shall include a statement to that effect, and that signing the release warrants to the city that no alcoholic beverages will be consumed on the premises of the City Hall.
