§ 6-4-6 RIGHT OF REFUSAL.
   (A)   The City Clerk reserves the right to refuse to rent the use of the City Hall to any individuals, group or organization if, in the judgment of the Clerk, the use would not be in the best interests of the community.
   (B)   The decision to refuse the use of the City Hall may be appealed to the City Council at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
