In addition to requiring a deposit as provided for in § 6-4-3 of this chapter, the person who is obtaining the temporary use of the City Hall on behalf of the other individuals, groups or organizations shall be required to sign a written release on a form provided by the City Clerk. The terms of the release shall state that the individual, group or organization shall release, acquit and forever discharge the city from any and all liability whatsoever, including all claims, demands and causes of action of every nature which may arise out of the rental of the City Hall.
