   622.04  VIOLATIONS.
   (a)   No person shall smoke and/or be in the possession of any smoking materials in any area restricted by this chapter.
   (b)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.  Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.  A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
