A. No person shall abandon a vehicle or part thereof on any highway in the village.
B. No person shall abandon a vehicle or part thereof on any private or public property, in view of the public, in the village except on the property of the owner or bailee of such "abandoned vehicle", as defined in section 8.12.010 of this article. A vehicle or part thereof so abandoned on private property may be authorized for removal by or upon the order of the code enforcement department after a waiting period of seven (7) days or more has expired.
C. If declared a hazard, any village officer can make a decision to tow the vehicle immediately, abating said hazard. (Ord. 2004-O-04 § 4)
