8.12.020: ABANDONED AND INOPERABLE VEHICLES DECLARED NUISANCE:
Abandoned and inoperable motor vehicles, as defined in section 8.12.010 of this article, whether on private or public property, are declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 2004-O-04 § 4)
