6.06.250: BARKING OR HOWLING DOG(S):
   A.   No owner shall allow an animal(s) to bark, howl or whine in an excessive, loud, continuous or untimely manner; such violation shall constitute a public nuisance. The Lake County health department (animal control) can, at the direction of the village or authorized agent for the village, conduct a site visit, and if necessary ticket and impound the animal(s) causing the public disturbance/nuisance. The animal(s) can be confiscated from the property where it is found/located regardless if the owner is not there. All related fees for this service would be borne by the property owner/animal owner as stated in subsection 6.06.180D of this chapter. (Ord. 2007-O-84 § 2)
