§ 150.50 AGRICULTURAL FENCES.
   Barbed wire fences are permitted in the agricultural district.

§ 150.51 SPECIAL PURPOSE FENCES.
   Fences for special purposes and fences differing in construction, height, or length may be permitted by the City Zoning Officer in any district in the city provided that reasons submitted by the applicant demonstrate the purpose is necessary to protect, buffer, or improve the premises for which such fence is intended. The City Zoning Officer may stipulate the height, location, construction, and type of special fence thereby permitted.

§ 150.52 ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS FOR FENCES IN THE SHORELAND AREA.
   (A)   Riparian lots: no fences will be allowed in the shore impact zone.
   (B)   Fences located on the lakeside of the principal structure shall not exceed a height of three feet and remain a see-through visibility level equal to that of a chain-link type fence.
   (C)   All fence materials must be treated so as to blend with the natural surroundings of the setback area.

§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating §§ 150.01 through 150.07 by failing to affix the proper numbering system or by affixing unauthorized numbers is subject to an administrative penalty or, in the alternative, is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
