§ 52.06 PRELIMINARY TREATMENT EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE.
   Where preliminary treatment flow equalization or interceptors are required for any water or waste, they shall be effectively operated and maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective condition by the owner at his or her expense and shall be available for inspection by the city at all reasonable times.
