(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in the written notice stipulated in § 52.36 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $1,000 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
