Maximum Number: 1 per property. Where more than one tenant or buildings shares a single parking area, there shall be permitted only 1 freestanding sign. Maximum Height: In T-4 and T-5 zoning districts, the maximum height of a wall sign shall be the lowest point of the second-floor windows, or if there are no windows, 2 feet below the roof line or cornice. | |

Blade Sign | One sign shall be permitted for each side of the building fronting on a street or alley in a commercial district.
