The fees which shall be charged by the City Community Services Department, or another official designated by the City Manager, for the application, permit, and inspections required by this Chapter 818
shall be prescribed in the fee, bond, and insurance schedule provided for in Section 802.24
. The City may enforce payment by any lawful means including, but not limited to, a civil suit, an order to show cause, a lien assessed against the dwelling, the structure, or real property to which the fee(s) pertain, and by denying or suspending a permit as provided in Chapter 818
, Sections 818.09
and 818.10
