450.04 ORV LICENSE.

No person shall operate any ORV within the corporate limits of the City of Battle Creek without a license decal, issued by the department of natural resources licensing and displaying a current ORV tag in accordance with current State of Michigan Statutes, or as may be specifically permitted under the terms of a Special Event Permit issued by the City pursuant to Chapter 815.
