The regulations in this chapter apply to all activities conducted in the WHPA area which is shown on the wellhead protection zone map. They are also applicable to an activity that occurs outside the WHPA if the activity is within the required well isolation distance from a City well, as required by state law. In addition to any other applicable ordinance, a person must comply with this chapter and with and the City's zoning ordinances. However, if there is a conflict between any provision of this chapter and the City's zoning ordinances, or any other City ordinance, the requirements of this chapter control unless specifically otherwise provided in this chapter.
