1050.09 PERFORMANCE BOND OR LETTER OF CREDIT.

Municipal Requirement. The Municipality may require permittee to post a bond (or letter of credit), in the amount provided in Section 15(3) of the Metro Act, as amended, MCL 484.3115(3).
