The International Fire Code, as well as Appendices of said code, is hereby adopted as amended and with jurisdiction specific items as the Fire Code of the City of Battle Creek, in the State of Michigan. All regulations, provisions, adopted Appendices, penalties, conditions and terms of the International Fire Code are made a part of this chapter as if fully set out in this chapter with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes set out in Section 1610.03.
