1464.99 PENALTY; EQUITABLE REMEDIES.
   (a)   Except as otherwise provided, a person who violates or fails to comply with an order approved or modified by the Board of Appeals within the time prescribed by the Board is responsible for a Class D Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98.
   (b)   A person who fails or refuses to comply within the time prescribed with an order approved or modified by the Board of Appeals following an appeal of the decision by the Dangerous Buildings Hearing Officer is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than 120 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or both.
   (c)   In addition to the penalties provided for in this section, this chapter may be enforced by suit for injunction, action for damages or any equitable relief appropriate to the enforcement of the PMC.
