1464.09 DECISION BY BOARD.

(a) After all evidence and testimony has been presented, the Board of Appeals shall affirm, modify or reverse the order or notice being appealed.

(b) A majority of the Board members appointed and serving constitutes a quorum. Final action of the Board shall be only by affirmative vote of a majority of the Board members appointed and serving.
