1464.06 MEETINGS; RECORDS.

(a) Meetings of the Board of Appeals shall be scheduled at least once a month. All meetings and public notices of meetings of the Board of Appeals shall comply with the Open Meetings Act.

(b) Any writing prepared by, owned by, used by, in the possession of, or retained by, the Board of Appeals in the performance of an official function shall be made available to the public pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act.
