1464.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The powers and duties of the Board of Appeals are those set forth in Act 167 of the Public Acts of 1917, as amended, together with those powers and duties delegated to it by Chapters 1454, 1450 and 1462 and this chapter of these Codified Ordinances.
