1464.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND PURPOSE.

A Board of Appeals is hereby established for the purpose of hearing and deciding appeals concerning the application or interpretation of the provisions and standards of the Building Code, the International Property Maintenance Code (PMC) and Chapter 842 of these Codified Ordinances, and to hear appeals of decisions of the Dangerous Buildings Hearing Officer.
