1462.25 FAILURE TO VACATE.

Any person who fails to comply with an order to vacate is subject to the penalties set forth in Section 1462.99. The Administrator shall issue an appearance ticket or refer the matter to the Police Department or the City Attorney’s office for prosecution or other appropriate legal action.
