1462.20 DECLARATION OF UNSAFE OR UNFIT FOR OCCUPANCY.

The Administrator may declare a dwelling, dwelling unit, or structure unsafe or unfit for occupancy when the dwelling, dwelling unit, or structure meets the standards set forth in the PMC, Section 108.
