1462.19 REMOVAL OF POSTED SIGNS OR NOTICES.

No person shall remove, damage, deface, interfere with, move or conceal any order or notice posted pursuant to the PMC without first obtaining written permission therefor from the City. Any sign or notice posted pursuant to the PMC shall include a statement of this provision. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
