1462.08 ISSUANCE OF ORDERS TO REPAIR OR CORRECT CONDITIONS.

Upon observing the existence of a violation of any of the provisions of the PMC, the City shall issue an order to the responsible party to repair or correct conditions. The order shall be issued:

(a) By delivering it to the responsible party personally; or

(b) By sending it by regular mail to the responsible party and by posting notice of the order in some conspicuous place on the premises.
