1462.04 COMPLAINANT CONFIDENTIALITY.

The City shall not release any information regarding the name, address or telephone number of any person who reports a violation of this Housing Code except:

(a) By consent of the complainant;

(b) Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, Public Act 442 of 1976, as amended; or

(Ord. 19-85. Passed 8-20-85.)
