1462.03 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING USES.

The legal use and occupancy of a dwelling existing on the date of adoption of the PMC, formerly the Housing Code (Ordinance 19-85, passed August 20, 1985), may be continued without change, except as may be deemed necessary by the Administrator for the general safety and welfare of the occupants and the public.
