The Administrator or another official designated by the City Manager may establish and charge uniform and reasonable fees for inspections, subject to the approval of the City Commission. The City may enforce payment by any lawful means including, but not limited to, a civil suit, an order to show cause, a lien assessed against the dwelling, the structure, or real property to which the fee(s) pertain, and by refusing or suspending a rental license as provided in Chapter 842.
