1440.10 DOUBLE FEES.

Whenever a permit is required under this chapter and such permit is not obtained by the person required to obtain the same, prior to the commencement of any work, installation or other activity for which the permit is required, the Building Inspection Department shall charge double the normal fee established by the City Commission.
