1440.06 WRECKING PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
   (a)   No person shall commence wrecking a building or structure in the City without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Inspection Department.
   (b)   The application for a wrecking permit shall contain the following information:
      (1)   The street number, property description and number and classification of all structures;
      (2)   The names of all owners of the premises;
      (3)   Written consent to the wrecking by all owners;
      (4)   A complete description of all work to be done and precautions to be taken, including filling, leveling and barricading;
      (5)   Specific starting and completion dates of the operation;
      (6)   A provision for severing existing water, sewer and gas services; and
      (7)   Such other information as the Building Inspection Department deems necessary.
